Job Responsibilities: |
|
Match Safety Supervise team members according to the Community Based Support Policy with Parents, Littles and Bigs to achieve monthly goals: • 100% Legal compliance • 82% Quality compliance • 70% In-person Meetings Compliance • Implement Program Policies according to National and Agency standards. Match Relationship Strength Support team members to develop true friendships within their caseloads to contribute to a team goal of a minimum of 50% True Friendships and no more than 10% struggling relationships. Match Relationship Length Ensure matches develop strong and lasting relationships, in individual schools and partnership-wide, working to a 2012 goal of match retention rates reaching • 75% one year retention rate • 60% two year retention rate • 50% three year retention rate Impact Responsible for developing and implementing the ABC model to achieve the following goals in individual schools and partnership-wide: • Attendance: 50% will have fewer absences • Tardiness: 50% will have fewer tardies • Behavior: 35% will have fewer discipline referrals • Reading: 45% will improve their reading scores • Math: 38% will improve their math scores Loyalty Responsible for developing the strategies and ensuring the executing of department’s Promoter Score Survey response. Improve the school Promoter Score in 2012 to 80% Promoters within Parents, Littles, Bigs and Schools. The 2010 goal is 70%.

Job Qualifications: |

• Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred • 5 – 7 years related work experience • A strong leadership record, including proven track record of developing and managing high performing teams, especially in satellite offices • Strong track record of delivering outcomes • Able to work with diverse populations in diverse territories • Able to make last minute changes to accommodate job responsibilities |
