Job Responsibilities: |
|
Responsible for ensuring that the team achieves the new match goal of • 360 Community Based matches by December 31st 2009 AND • 540 School Based matches by December 31st 2009 Develop and drive implementation of key department strategies and initiatives • Reduce volunteer processing time • Reduce client processing time Ensure the various agency grant goals and deadlines are met by due dates. Contribute to the agency 12-month Match Retention goal of 70% in Community Based and 60% in School Based. Implement Program Policies according to National and Agency standards. Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data within the AIM system.

• Bachelors Degree required • 3-5 years related work experience • A strong leadership record, including proven track record of developing and managing high performing teams. • Strong track record of delivering outcomes • Able to make last minute changes to accommodate job responsibilities |

Salary: |

$35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience |
