Big Brothers Big Sisters of Harrisonburg-Rockingham County seeks to make a positive, measureable difference in the lives of children by providing education, guidance and support through professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships. The agency seeks an Executive Director to lead the agency. |

Job Qualifications: |
|
The successful candidate must have demonstrated achievement in the areas of operations and financial management, fundraising, and relationship building. Minimum of four-year college degree with three years’ previous supervisory experience is required. Prefer candidates with experience with non-profit administration and grant writing. |
